Artisan Premium Collection is mainly made of sterling silver with gold plating, which is hypoallergenic and suitable for most people with sensitive skin. I personally wore it during exercise and had no allergic reaction at all (I have highly sensitive skin as well). However, everyone's skin is different. If you have extremely sensitive skin, we recommend testing it for a short period first to see how your skin responds. Also, after sweating, we suggest rinsing the jewellery with water and patting it dry with a soft cloth — this simple care routine helps reduce skin irritation from sweat. Yes, the chain and the pendant have exactly the same plating — same thickness, same quality. However, the chain tends to tarnish faster than the pendant because it has more direct contact with your skin and is exposed to sweat, lotion, perfume, and friction more often. This is normal and does not mean the product is defective. If you find that your chain tarnishes faster than expected, we offer a paid chain replacement service. Simply send the original chain back to us and we will replace it with a brand new one. The cost depends on the chain style. Feel free to DM us for a quote if needed.

Premium Collection from Bali Artisan is handmade by Bali artisans in 925 sterling silver with 3-micron 18K gold plating (10x thicker than standard) and genuine natural stones . Wanderer's Find is made of brass or stainless steel with thinner gold plating, discovered on our travels, more playful and affordable.

Our Artisan Premium Collection uses 925 sterling silver as the base metal, which is generally skin-friendly and low in allergens. Wanderer's Find pieces use brass or stainless steel bases — if you have very sensitive skin, Artisan Premium Collection would be more recommended.

All in stock orders ship from Hong Kong within 3 business days. Delivery time after that depends on your chosen method: SF Locker or SF Direct Delivery, both via SF Express.

You can choose 順豐智能櫃 (SF Locker) to collect at your convenience, or 順豐直接送到地址 (SF Direct Delivery) straight to your door. Orders of HK$1,600 or above enjoy free shipping on either option. No other alternative delivery method at the moment to prevent any goods damage during delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer no-reason returns on jewellery. However, if there is a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will arrange an exchange.
